This well furnished first floor apartment is located about 45 minutes from Alicante airport and about 30 minutes from Murcia (San Javia) to the south. The two bedroom apartment was completed at the end of 2002 and has a communal freeform swimming pool, jacuzzi with views over the golf course and towards the blue Mediterranean Sea. It is furnished to a high standard with ceramic tiled floors and oak paneled doors and all the necessary equipment required for a relaxing self-catering holiday in the sun. All floors are serviced by lifts.The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool which is ideal for simply lounging in the warmth of the Spanish heat. |
| The lounge/dining area can seat four people on fully upholstered furniture being a three-seat settee and one armchair.There is the added benefit of colour television and Satellite receiver which has UK BBC and ITV programmes available as well as Discovery, Sky News, Sky Sports and many more TV channels. There is a ceiling fan, four dining chairs and table with matching sideboard and coffee table and Hi-Fi unit. On the few occasions that extra heat is required then there are electric heaters available. Sliding patio doors open on to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and jacussi. The balcony furniture includes loungers, table and chairs. |  |

The master bedroom, which overlooks the balcony, has a five foot double bed with coordinated bedspread and curtains. Bed linen and blankets are supplied for guests use and are changed on a weekly basis. The bedroom benefits from a ceiling fan, bed side tables and lights, a large wardrobe with mirrored doors containing a four-drawer unit and ample hanging space. A hair drier is also available for guests use. The guest bedroom has two single beds, again with ceiling fan and large wardrobe and four-drawer unit, bed side table and light. |
| The American style kitchen contains all mod cons including, oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer microwave oven, hob extractor fan and ample cupboard space. Also included is toaster, juicer, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater, which also supplies the bathroom. The single bathroom has a large walk in shower, basin, toilet and bidet. Towels are supplied and changed on a weekly basis. |  |
